Skincare Products — 30-Day Love It Guarantee
We stand behind every Yaya Skincare product. Try it for 30 days and if you don't love your results, we'll give you a full refund — no return required.
To be eligible:
- Use the product for the full 30 days
- Submit your refund request within 15 days after your 30-day trial ends
- Proof of purchase required
- One refund per product per customer

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Accessories — 30-Day Return Policy
Accessories (cotton rounds, pimple patches, spa headbands, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, unopened, original packaging.
To start a return, email contactus@love-yayaskincare.com. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Damages & Wrong Items
Received something damaged or incorrect? Contact us immediately at contactus@love-yayaskincare.com and we'll make it right.
EU Customers
In addition to our standard policy, EU customers have the right to cancel or return any order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
